To keep things focused, this meeting is limited to the WMMBA board and advisory board members. The board meets on a monthly basis to review important topics and proposals, review trail conditions and projects, and focus on events and fundraising. We bring these topics back to the members in a meeting every other month. Our next member meeting will more than likely be on July 9th but check back to make sure. We haven’t determined a location yet because July is a great time to get out and ride……group ride perhaps with discussion following.
On the agenda so far are:
1. Trail Coordinator Budgets
2. State Games Race and other upcoming events
3. Trail counters and/or surveyors
4. IMBA World Summit
5. MMBA Leadership Retreat
I’m sure additional topics will come up over the next few weeks but if you have any suggestions on additional concerns for your WMMBA board, please let us know. Feel free to email: marleahb@gmail.com and we will attempt to get it on the agenda for an upcoming meeting.
Come on out and tune up the trails for the Trifecta!
Free lunch after the trail work!
Please bring branch trimmers, loppers, power trimmers, etc if you own them. All other tools will be provided. Also bring gloves, long pants, boots, water and bug spray. Meet at the 4 Mile Trail Head.
Come help us work on the trails! We will be trimming, bench cutting, armoring, bridge building, ribbon removal, trash removal and more!
Opening day is getting closer and you can really start to see what the finished trail is going to look like. Please join us.
Bring gloves, water, boots, and bug spray.
Saturday June 2nd from 9 am – 1 pm.
Merrell will provide lunch and drawings for $110 Merrell Gift Certificates!
Everyone who attends will receive a National Trails Day/Merrell Camelbak water bottle.

Please join us on Saturday May 12 at 9:00 am for an additional chance to get the Merrell trail ready.
If you can’t make it on Saturnday, we plan to meet on Wednesday nights during the month of May starting on May 9 and will be working from 5:30-8:30 pm. Hopefully the change will bring more volunteers as we could really use some support. There is a lot of work yet to be done to get this trail ready to ride. Can you commit to at least one of these dates? There may be some additional opportunities as need arises. Be sure to check on facebook or at this site.
Please meet at the gate to the transfer station and we will go back to the trail site as a group. Since we go back together, please try to be at the gate on time otherwise it may be difficult to find the group. Bring water, gloves and (as spring heats up) possibly bug spray. This is a great trail for older kids but there is quite a bit of hiking involved so younger kids may get pretty tired.
