Trail Spotlight: Wahlfield Trail

Let's do a WMMBA trail spotlight! The one and only, Wahlfield Trail - WMMBA. A versatile trail with a little something for everyone. Out of towners should absolutely put this as a stop on your summer ride list. Some details:

- About 8.3 miles of trail

- Variety of loops with varying difficulty

- Directional by the day

CCW/RED: Su, M, W, F. CW/YELLOW: Tu, Th, Sa.

- Extremely vulnerable to wet/rainy conditions

- Not groomed in winter

- Multi-use friendly (excluding motorized/equestrian)

- Dogs welcome but must be leashed

- Bathrooms, playground and pavilion at parking lot

- Home of the Skirts In The Dirt Mountain Bike Race

- Trailhead/Parking Lot: 6811 Alpine Ave. Alpine Township, MI

- Open 7am to sunset
